CRAIG McCULLEN
Glass artist Craig McCullen creates work that is both imaginative and whimsical. He owns Whoojoo Glass Studio and Art Gallery in downtown Lafayette, Louisiana. He is a Louisiana artist whose gallery and studio are located in the heart of the Cajun French area in downtown Lafayette. Originally from Baton Rouge, Craig’s many exhibitions at the Baton Rouge gallery began in the 1980s when he was a partner at Mud and Metal Studio with Tim Cundiff.
Most recently, Craig has made stained glass windows for The Academy of the Sacred Heart Chapel, St. Anne Catholic Church, St. Peter Catholic Church Adoration Chapel, and St. Thomas Moore High Chapel. He also has taught drawing and design classes at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
His passion for the glass medium creates art that plays with the sun’s ever-changing light.
